PRODUCTION METHOD
Spirulina is cultivated in freshwater ponds exposed to sunlight, where it grows in nutrient-rich alkaline water. In organic farming, it is grown under strict monitoring of water quality and cultivation parameters (pH, temperature, oxygenation) to ensure optimal growth.
After harvesting, Spirulina is filtered and then dried at low temperatures to preserve its nutrients. It is then cold-pressed into tablets, without additives.
BIOCHEMICAL COMPOSITION
Often referred to as “ microalgae,” Spirulina is actually a cyanobacterium. It is distinguished by its exceptional nutritional density :
60 to 70% protein : Spirulina is one of the most protein-rich natural foods and provides many amino acids necessary for tissue maintenance and proper bodily function
