Neutral Carrier Batch Of 100 Pullulan Capsules Size 0

These standard-size plant-based capsules are ideal for preparing your customized capsules. Made from pullulan, obtained by fermentation from tapioca, they provide an effective barrier against oxygen and therefore help preserve all the properties of the ingredients they contain.

When preparing a mixture for your capsules, you can choose to:

• Prepare all the capsules in advance (they can be stored for approximately 2 months in an airtight container away from light and heat). This method is possible with powders and vegetable oils, but not with mixtures that are highly concentrated in essential oils (more than 2 drops per capsule or 10% in the mixture), such as aromatherapy formulas.

• Prepare your 3 capsules each day, or your capsule each time you take it before swallowing, keeping the oil mixture in an amber glass bottle, away from heat and light. We recommend this method for mixtures containing essential oils to avoid any risk of leakage.

Please note

• You must allow your capsule filler to dry completely before using it again.

• If water comes into contact with the pullulan capsules, you will not be able to fill and assemble them.

• Neutral vegetable capsules for making your own personalized capsules at home

• Dissolve very quickly in the body (dissolution observed in water in about 10 minutes)

• Pullulan acts as a barrier against oxygen: protects your oils and plant powders from oxidation

• GMO-free, gluten-free, titanium-free, dye-free, allergen-free, and preservative-free

• Suitable for vegetarian, vegan, halal, and kosher diets

• Transparent, allowing you to see the contents

• Resistant to vegetable oils and essential oils (maximum 2 drops per capsule or 10%, and properly diluted in a vegetable oil or dispersed on a suitable powdered medium)

Precautions

• Label and keep the prepared capsules out of the reach of children.

• Use only food-grade oils and powders.

• Never place pure essential oil into an empty capsule.

• Essential oils must always be diluted in a vegetable oil carrier or properly dispersed on a suitable powdered carrier before being placed in capsules: maximum 2 drops per capsule or 10% in the carrier.

• Since ingesting essential oils is not a trivial practice, the use of empty capsules to absorb essential oils should be carried out with full awareness and preferably under medical supervision.

• Never exceed the recommended dosages. The choice of an unsuitable essential oil or inappropriate dosages may prove dangerous in the short or medium term.

• In general, for any ingestion of plant powders, vegetable oils and essential oils, follow appropriate advice and check for possible contraindications. Carefully read the ingredient data sheets and associated precautions. For any therapeutic use, seek advice from your doctor.

• As a general rule, we advise against the use of homemade customized capsules for children and for pregnant or breastfeeding women.

• These pullulan capsules dissolve upon contact with water and therefore cannot contain aqueous liquids. They are intended only for dry powders, vegetable oils or mixtures of vegetable oil(s) + essential oil(s).

Storage

• Store your empty capsules in their jar, making sure it is kept away from moisture and heat, ideally between 15°C and 25°C.

• Once filled, store your capsules in their jar or in a suitable airtight container, protected from light, moisture and heat.

• Filled capsules can be stored for approximately 2 months.

Cleaning

• The capsule filling machine can be easily cleaned in a bath of hot soapy water not exceeding 65°C.

• Rinse the bottle with clean water.

• For volatile powders that tend to remain encrusted in the holes of the feeder, we recommend using the Aroma-Zone small brush to remove them completely.
