This Keratin food supplement contains the patented ingredient Cynatine HNS® , clinically proven* to be effective in improving hair condition:

Strengthens and beautifies hair: increases hair strength, shine and lustre.
Restructures the hair fibre and improves its composition by providing the hair bulb with the amino acids it needs to synthesise keratin: one study shows an improvement in the hair's amino acid profile, with an increase in methionine, serine, cystine and glutamic acid, markers of healthy hair growth.

The keratin is extracted and hydrolysed in France using a process specifically developed to ensure optimum bioavailability of the active ingredients.

There are no contraindications to taking Keratin food supplements over the long term.

Clinical studies show that the keratin hydrolysate Cynatine® HNS in this keratin food supplement increases the number of hairs in the anagen phase, which is the hair growth phase, and reduces the number of hairs in the telogen phase, i.e. the hair loss phase. Analysis also shows an improvement in the hair's amino acid profile. This food supplement is therefore of interest for promoting healthy hair growth and reducing hair loss during daily activities such as brushing.

Yes, it is perfectly possible to combine several food supplements. In the Aroma-Zone range, there is no incompatibility between Keratin and our other food supplements (except Activated Vegetable Carbon, which should be taken at least 2-3 hours apart as it can absorb the active ingredients of the other supplements).

To strengthen and beautify hair, you can combine the Keratin food supplement with Brewer's yeast enriched with vitamins B & Selenium, either in simultaneous or successive courses of treatment.

For beautiful skin, Keratin can be supplemented with Marine Collagen, Vegan Collagen Booster, Astaxanthin, Hyaluronic Acid or Clear Skin Complex.

No, Keratin food supplements are not recommended during pregnancy or when breastfeeding.
