How to use ORGANIC Alfalfa superfood powder?

Alfalfa, native to western Asia and found in temperate zones, is a perennial plant in the Fabaceae family. With purple flowers in clusters, it can grow up to 80 cm tall and has roots that can go relatively deep into the ground. Alfalfa can be eaten in a variety of ways, particularly in the form of sprouted seeds, small green shoots that can be found on salads or in bagels. Alfalfa has long been used in traditional treatments by the Chinese, the indigenous peoples of America and in the Orient for its antioxidant properties, and is now widely consumed in Europe.

After 1 month of treatment, hair growth is much faster, but taking it in capsule form would be simpler than powder, it's difficult to dissolve in liquid.
