How do I use the Electrolyte food supplement?

Dilute 1 measuring spoon (equivalent to 4.2 g) in 500 ml to 1 L of water. Shake well before drinking.

For athletes: drink throughout and after exercise.

For everyday hydration: you can consume this drink at any time throughout the day to maintain good hydration.
