Uses

The Stress & Emotions essential-oil roll-on is applied to the inside of the wrists, the solar plexus and/or the arches of the feet.

In moments of daily stress, apply the roll-on to the inside of the wrists.
Take a deep breath and bring your wrists up to your nose to smell the fragrance.
For a more calming effect, also apply the roll-on to the solar plexus.
For a moment of deep relaxation, apply the roll-on to the arches of your feet.
