A 100% natural synergy of organic essential oils renowned for their calming and sedative effects on the nervous system.
Its soft, reassuring scent naturally helps you fall asleep and promotes good quality, restorative sleep.
Very pleasant fragrance, with sweet notes of mandarin and sweet orange, gentle aromatic notes of lavender and marjoram and a comforting vanilla base.

Uses

The Sleep essential oil roll-on is applied to the inside of the wrists, the solar plexus and/or the arches of the feet.

In the evening before bed, apply the roll-on to the inside of the wrists.
For a more pronounced calming effect, also apply the roll-on to the solar plexus.
Breathe deeply as you bring your wrists up to your nose to smell the scent.
For a moment of deep relaxation, the roll-on can also be applied to the arches of your feet.
