Place the rolled oats in a bowl and cover with plant-based milk (almond, soya, oat, etc.) (about twice the volume of rolled oats).

Cook in the microwave at maximum power for 2 minutes, then stir the porridge to mix well.

Add the collagen and honey to taste (about 2 teaspoons) and mix, then top with the fresh fruit and nuts of your choice, for example sliced banana and chopped hazelnuts, or a handful of blueberries and a few almonds.

Bonus: add ½ tsp. cinnamon powder, maca, lucuma, raw cacao nibs, etc.
