Remove the banana and blueberries from the freezer, prepare and chop the seasonal fruit.

Place all the ingredients in the bowl of a blender. Blend until smooth.

Pour the mixture into a bowl and add the toppings of your choice (fresh fruit, nuts, seeds, etc.). Now it's ready!
