Hot water

2 tbsp

Coconut milk (or other plant-based milk)

In a bowl, mix the matcha tea and collagen with a little hot water (about 3 tablespoons).

Then pour in the hot plant milk (or cold if you want to make an iced latté).

Using an electric mixer, beat the mixture moving the mixer up and down until smooth and frothy.

Enjoy warm or add ice cubes.

N.B.: sweeten with honey or agave syrup if you like.
