Uses

Dry brushing stimulates the lymphatic system. It directs lymph flow toward the lymph nodes, which are located in the armpits, upper chest, and groin. These nodes help filter and eliminate toxins.

Use a dry brush on dry skin. Brush with light pressure to avoid irritation. Practice this body care ritual daily for 5 to 10 minutes to promote a sense of well-being. Always brush toward the heart — from bottom to top, feet to thighs, hands to shoulders. On the stomach, use small clockwise, circular motions around the navel.

The skin will immediately feel smoother and softer.

Once you're done dry brushing, it's the perfect time to take a lukewarm or even cool shower. Then, massage your body with an oil that penetrates the skin and leaves it soft, supple, and toned!

Cleaning and maintenance

Rinse the brush regularly with clean, warm water to remove any dead skin from the bristles. Then, leave it to dry in the open air, hanging by its cord.
