The Loofah needs to be moistened to make it more supple before being used on its own, with black soap or your favourite shower gel. With its rough but non-abrasive fibre, this sponge can be used daily on the roughest parts of the body, such as elbows, knees and feet. To maximise the effectiveness of this Loofah exfoliating sponge, use gentle circular movements . Start with movements from the bottom to the top of the body , then gradually work your way up to the legs and stomach. For best results, follow the massage protocol below for each area of the body

Step 1

Rub the exfoliating loofah sponge over your heels using circular movements.

Step 2

Move the exfoliating loofah sponge up the back of the leg, from the foot to the top of the thigh, using circular movements to stimulate blood and lymph circulation.

Step 3

Rub the exfoliating loofah sponge over the knee in a figure-of-8 motion.

Step 4

Rub the loofah scrub sponge over the hips and buttocks using circular movements to reduce the appearance of orange peel skin.

Step 5

Apply the exfoliating loofah sponge in circular movements from the wrists to the shoulders, paying particular attention to the elbows.

Step 6
