• Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) contributes to normal brain function.

These beneficial effects are obtained by consuming 250 mg of DHA a day (1 vegan omega-3 capsule).

• Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) contribute to normal heart function.

These beneficial effects are obtained by consuming 250 mg of EPA and DHA a day (1 vegan omega-3 capsule).

• Consumption of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) when pregnant and breast-feeding contributes to healthy eye development in the foetus and the breast-fed child.

Storage
