My personalised skincare routine
In our daily lives, taking care of our skin is essential to keep it healthy and protect it from external damage. However, each skin type has its own specific needs and it's important to choose products that are adapted to its nature. In this article, I'm going to share with you my personalised skin care programme, taking into account different skin types such as sensitive, dehydrated, normal, dry, dull, oily, combination, acne-prone and male skin. I'll explain the products I use, the steps in my skincare routine and the tips I've picked up over the years for healthy, radiant skin.

Normal skin programme
The steps to follow
Maintain the skin's hydrolipidic film and protect it from external damage using gentle products.
Cleanse the skin in the morning using a mild cleanser or soap. You can also use a toner or hydrosol.
Moisturise and nourish your skin by applying an emulsion for normal skin every morning.
In the evening, remove make-up from your skin using a gentle make-up remover.

Steps to follow:
Restore the skin's water and oil balance
Restore the surface hydrolipidic film to protect the skin from dehydration.
Cleanse your skin with a no-rinse cleansing lotion. In the morning, simply apply a toning lotion or hydrosol.
Apply a rich, emollient cream. In the evening, you can replace the cream with a carrier oil.
If you take a bath, add 2 tablespoons of carrier oil to the bath water.

Steps to follow:
Accelerate cellular reproduction using scrubs and regenerating active ingredients.
Stimulate blood microcirculation.
Cleanse your skin with a mild soap (Arôma Illuminateur soap). To tone your skin, spray your face with cold water. This stimulates circulation and gives you a radiant complexion.
Moisturise and even out the complexion: add 'healthy glow' and regenerating active ingredients to your usual moisturising day cream.
Once a week, tone the skin deep down with a steam bath (facial sauna) using toning and circulatory essential oils (gum rockrose, green myrtle, mastic tree).
Accelerate cell renewal with a gentle exfoliating scrub once or twice a week.

Steps to follow:
Promote good blood circulation
Protect the skin from climatic damage
If you can't stand the application of water on your face, opt to cleanse with an ultra-gentle cream or lotion enriched with soothing active ingredients.
Gently moisturise your skin by choosing a simple formula with just one or two gentle active ingredients that are well tolerated by the skin. Choose soothing and protective active ingredients, for example.
As far as possible, avoid adding perfumes or colourings to your formulas. Avoid alcoholic lotions and essential oils (except those known to be soothing). You can opt for organic skincare products.
Once a week, apply a gentle skin care mask rich in soothing active ingredients.
Active ingredients: allantoin, bisabolol, provitamin B5, mallow extract, organic freeze-dried mare's milk, honey powder, peony powder, plant squalane, plant lanolin substitute
CO2 extracts: organic calendula, organic chamomile, kiwi, organic pomegranate

Steps to follow:
Balance sebum production and mattify the skin
Purify the skin to prevent bacterial spread
Protect the skin to avoid excess sebum as a defensive reflex
Cleanse your skin morning and night with a gentle, purifying cleanser. Avoid make-up removers that leave a film on the skin.
Moisturise and nourish by applying a light emulsion or regulating gel every morning.
Once a week, apply a very gentle exfoliating scrub.
Follow with a clay mask to absorb impurities.
Sebum-regulating, mattifying and purifying active ingredients: Algo'zinc, Bacti-Pur, bamboo sap, propolis
Carrier oils: jojoba, hazelnut, macadamia, sesame
Essential oils: rosemary verbenone, lemon ( be careful of sun exposure), lavender

Exfoliants: bamboo fibres, strawberry seeds, rosehip seed powder
Clay: yellow superfine.

The steps to follow:
Restore the skin's water and oil balance by using balancing, nourishing and moisturising products.
Cleanse and remove make-up from the skin morning and evening using a gentle cleanser to remove impurities.
Using a cotton pad, apply a regulating hydrosol to the T-zone only.
Intensely moisturise your skin with a mattifying emulsion, paying particular attention to dry areas. Feel free to apply a second layer to these areas.
Once a week, balance your skin with a steam bath (facial sauna) using balancing essential oils (lavender, rosemary verbenone).
Then apply a clay mask to absorb impurities from the T-zone without drying out dry areas.
