The Aroma-Zone College of Dermatologists

Aroma-Zone has officially announced the creation of its College of Dermatologists.

Created to bring together our scientific experience and strengthen our dermatological expertise, drawing on the knowledge and skills of a multidisciplinary network of five dermatologists. Our College of Dermatologists comprises five multidisciplinary experts in dermatology. Its purpose is to ensure scientific transparency for our community and for healthcare professionals. It aims to provide solid support for the development and safety of our dermocosmetic formulations.

The purpose of the College of Dermatologists

Dermatology is a complex field, brimming with scientific discoveries and innovations. Every day, we strive to develop increasingly effective solutions that meet the needs of all skin types. We respond to feedback from our community, whilst drawing on scientific literature. Research and innovation are carried out within our laboratory. Today, with the College of Dermatologists, we are further strengthening our scientific and dermatological expertise to inform our products and future developments.

The College of Dermatologists will also enable Aroma-Zone to meet the needs of dermatology professionals, within our own scope. Some patients are already using Aroma-Zone skincare products, whilst their dermatologists are often not yet familiar with them. The College thus brings together the skincare practices of our community with the dermatological expertise of skin care professionals.

The roles of the College of Dermatologists

  1. Guiding the brand’s innovation strategy

Innovation is at the heart of Aroma-Zone’s work. We offer our customers products that precisely meet their needs, always in response to their requests. R&D is at the heart of our expertise, supported by a team of world-class scientists. The collaborative work between our in-house team of experts and the College of Dermatologists will enable us to further strengthen our innovation in dermatology. The dermatologists on the College will contribute to product development by suggesting new avenues of research or new active ingredients.

  2. Explaining the science behind the products

Because dermatologists deal with skin issues on a daily basis, they are constantly testing the science behind active ingredients right in their own practices. Consequently, providing dermatological endorsement for our products and ensuring the scientific transparency of our developments are two key missions of the College of Dermatologists.

  3. Ensuring the brand’s scientific credibility

Product innovation is a long-term process that requires a constant balance between scientific research and practical application. Our laboratories conduct research every day to develop formulations that are safe, effective and natural.

Today, with the support of the College of Dermatologists, we aim to advance scientific research by co-authoring papers for respected scientific journals and presenting our findings at national conferences.

  4. Establishing rigorous dermo-cosmetic standards and the absolute safety of its products

Aroma-Zone’s formulation and toxicology teams spare no effort to ensure the absolute safety of the formulations: extensive work on skin tolerance, the safety of ingredients and active ingredients, and toxicological analysis is carried out for every new product development. Our rigorous approach and commitment to safety are reinforced by dermatologists, helping us ensure greater transparency around our methods and practices.
