• Always read the specific precautions for the use of the essential oils.

• Do not leave essential oils within the reach of children or pets.

When using essential oils for diffusion:

• Babies: do not diffuse essential oils in your baby's room.

• Opt for cold diffusion, using a mister or electric diffuser, and avoid using fragrance burners. There is a risk that the heat will break down the essential oils.

• Do not diffuse essential oils in a bedroom while you are sleeping. Diffuse essential oils in the bedroom no later than 30 minutes before bedtime.

• Diffuse essential oils for no more than 20 minutes in an electric diffuser.

• Always ensure that the room is well ventilated. Do not diffuse in confined, unventilated spaces.

• Do not breathe in essential oils above the diffuser.

• Avoid diffusing essential oils too close to varnished or painted surfaces, as it may cause damage.

• Store your bottles of essential oils in a cool, dry place away from light to preserve all their properties.
