It grows at a lower altitude than True Lavender and its spikes of violet-blue flowers give off a fresher camphorated scent. It is also known as "aspic lavender" from the asp viper, whose bites it was traditionally reputed to treat.

This Spike Lavender hydrosol has been made using 1 kilo of plant to obtain 1 litre of hydrosol. This is known as the 1:1 extraction ratio, which guarantees a more intense olfactory effect, better conservation and, above all, a high concentration of active molecules in the hydrosol, a guarantee of its quality. The hydrosol is then microfiltered to 0.2 microns, which ensures optimum cleanliness and microbiological conformity.
