Wash these organic cotton pads by hand with household soap or in the washing machine at 40°C maximum. For machine washing, place them in the wash bag to avoid losing them in the laundry or behind the machine gasket.

If your pads have stubborn stains (black or waterproof make-up, bright lipstick, etc.), wash them first by hand with household soap before machine washing.

To restore the softness of your washable pads, add 2 tablespoons of Eco-Friendly Detergent 12% White Vinegar alcohol vinegar to the fabric softener compartment of your washing machine.

To keep your washable pads white and bright, give them a deep clean every 4 to 6 months: soak them for 1 to 2 hours in a liter of boiling water with 1 teaspoon of sodium percarbonate (for very stubborn stains, moisten a little sodium percarbonate to make a paste and apply it directly to the stains). Wring them out and then wash the pads in the washing machine.
