• Sapote oil can be used as an ingredient in your cosmetic preparations.

• This oil tends to solidify at temperatures below 15°C. This phenomenon has no effect on its quality. We advise you to warm it up if necessary before use.

Organoleptic properties

• Appearance: oily liquid or creamy solid (depends on the temperature). This oil tends to solidify below 15°C. Depending on the batch, this oil may solidify more or less easily.

• Colour: light yellow to yellow-orange (especially when the oil is liquid). It takes on a more white/light yellow appearance when solidified.

• Scent: soft and delicate, reminiscent of bitter almond, with some batches having a pleasantly distinct roasted hazelnut note.

• Touch: greasy. If you want to improve its absorption into the skin, mix it with a more penetrative oil (Kukui, Macadamia, Hazelnut, etc.)
