Organic Cottonseed Oil

As a cosmetic ingredient, organic cottonseed oil is known for the following properties:

• Softening and regenerating, it helps to rebuild the skin's hydrolipidic film.

• A gentle care ingredient, it feels very pleasant and leaves the skin velvety and satin-like.

• Very fluid, it has a dry and silky feel, nourishing the skin without leaving a greasy residue.

• This oil is virtually odourless, making it perfect for use in your homemade cosmetics without affecting the final scent of the product.

Skin types

• Dry, dehydrated skin

• Delicate and sensitive skin

• Mature, tired skin

Can be mixed into your oil blend and applied daily to the face, neck and décolleté as a fatty phase in the composition of body and face creams.

Piqui carrier oil can also be incorporated into a ready-to-use AZ neutral base at a maximum level of 5% to make :

• an emulsion with Organic Neutral Plant Milk, Organic Youth Neutral Cream and Hydrating Neutral Cream.

• an aqueous gel with Organic Aloe Vera Gel

• a foaming product with Organic Neutral Cleansing Cream

• a soap with Melt & Pour Soap Base

At a dosage of between 30 and 95% to make :

• a micellar oil with High Concentrate Micellar Base
