Epsom salt is used as an ingredient in your preparations for:
Skin care
Post-shower peeling treatments: massage onto still-damp skin with your preparation until the grainy feel disappears under your fingers.
Rinse with clean water and dry the skin.
Then apply a body lotion or body oil.
Well-being
Relaxing body baths: take time to unwind.
Take the opportunity to close your eyes (ideally enjoying the soft light of a few candles).
After the bath, rinse with clean water and prolong the benefits by moisturizing your skin with a rich body cream.
If possible, treat yourself to a massage with a massage oil containing soothing and relaxing essential oils.
Go to bed immediately after the bath.

Household use
Sprinkle a handful of Epsom salt at the base of your plants. When you water them or when it rains, the water will enrich the soil by allowing the salt to penetrate the ground.
Prepare a leaf fertiliser by mixing 1 heaping tablespoon of Epsom salt in one litre of water. Spray onto the leaves.

For 300 grams of bath salts, you need
Himalayan salt or Epsom salt: 6 tablespoons
Milk powder: 5 tablespoons
Baking soda: 10 tablespoons
Citric acid: 4 tablespoons
Olive oil: 1 teaspoon
Ginger essential oil: 6 drops
Lemongrass essential oil: 6 drops
Procedure : Mix the Himalayan salt (or Epsom salt), lotion powder, bicarbonate of soda and citric acid in the sterilised jar. Measure the olive oil into the teaspoon and add the essential oils directly. Gradually add the olive oil/essential oils mixture to the dry mixture, stirring continuously with a mini whisk to avoid lumps. Now it's ready!
50 g Macadamia oil
50 g Himalayan salt
3 tablespoons Shea butter
2 tablespoons dried Lavender flowers
15 drops of Propolis plant tincture
Directions: Pound the butter and oil with a pestle and mortar until you obtain a homogeneous paste. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Use: Use this scrub once or twice a week in the shower.
Recommended container: 125 ml glass jar
100 g Epsom salt
3 to 5 moka spoons (small teaspoon) of Plant Chlorophyll, depending on the desired intensity
0.5 ml Baobab carrier oil (to be measured with a graduated syringe)
10 drops of Balsam Fir essential oil
10 drops of Lemon Eucalyptus essential oil
5 drops of Peppermint essential oil
5 drops of Atlas Cedar essential oil
1 pinch of white Mica
Directions: Place the Epsom salt in the bowl along with the Baobab carrier oil. Then add the Chlorophyll powder, the white Mica and the drops of essential oil. Mix everything together, shaking vigorously to obtain an even colour. Pour into the jar.
Use: Add 5 capfuls of these bath salts when you run your bath under the jet of water to give your bathroom the maximum fragrance.
Storage: Store away from light and air for up to 6 months.
For 200 grams of bath salts, you need
Coarse Guérande salt: 7 tablespoons
Epsom salts: 3 tablespoons
Milk powder: 3 tablespoons
Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
Lavender Essential Oil: 15 drops
Ginger Essential Oil: 5 drops
Directions: Start by mixing the dry ingredients (salts and lotion powder) in the clean, dry jar. Measure out the tablespoon of olive oil and add the essential oils. Gradually add the mixture to the salts and lotion powder. Shake and it's ready!
Sea salt: 1 cup
Baking soda: 1 cup
Epsom salt: 1 cup
Directions: Mix all the ingredients together. Start filling your bath with warm water. Pour the mixture slowly into the bath to allow the minerals to dissolve completely.
