Use

Very high in magnesium, epsom salt is renowned for its relaxing effects. Applied locally to the areas concerned (calf, stomach, thigh, elbow, etc.) this concentrated magnesium solution is traditionally used transcutaneously. It is ideal for relieving cramps, aching muscles and joints as well as for combating fatigue and stress thanks to its relaxing properties.

Magnesium oil This is an oil that relaxes, however if the skin itches it is quite normal, it is not necessarily linked to a lack of magnesium, but simply to salt. Salt on the skin itches, naturally, you can apply this oil for many months and it will still itch.
