Concentration

To make 1 litre of hydrosol, you need 1 kilo of twigs, known as the 1:1 ratio. This minimum extraction ratio, which is something we strictly follow at Aroma-Zone, guarantees an intense fragrance, better conservation and, above all, a high concentration of aromatic molecules in the hydrosol, a proof of its quality.

Rockrose is a shrub typical of the garrigue landscapes around the Mediterranean. There are several species, with flower colours ranging from pink to white. Its distinctive five-petaled, crinkled flowers bloom between April and June. The medicinal properties of Gum Rockrose have been known since ancient times. In Morocco, particularly in the northeast, it is traditionally used as an anti-diarrhoeal, antacid, and antispasmodic. It is also used in the preparation of Bach Flower Remedies.
