Production process

Sourced from the heart of the fruit, it is made by distilling organic lemons and organic lemon essential oil in high-quality water.

This hydrosol is made by a couple of Provençal distillers who are passionate about aromatic plants and love a job well done.

The batches sold are freshly packaged and have an optimal use-by date of at least 6 months.

Organoleptic properties

• Appearance: clear to opalescent liquid, sometimes cloudy due to the essential oil content

• Colour: colourless

• Odour: of freshly squeezed lemon

• Taste: refreshing, characteristic of squeezed lemons but without the acidity!

Hydrosols are sensitive to pollution. As our Aroma-Zone hydrosols are fresh, pure products with no preservatives, we strongly recommend that you store them in the refrigerator and use them within 6 months of opening. When using them, make sure your hands are always clean and that you disinfect all utensils and bottles that come into contact with the hydrosols when preparing your homemade cosmetics. If you notice a change in appearance or smell, stop using the hydrosol.
