This dietary supplement is a synergy specifically designed to comprehensively target female intimate comfort:
Supporting the balance of intimate flora: we have selected the patented SynbÆctive® Femme blend of probiotic strains, whose beneficial effects on vaginal comfort have been demonstrated in several clinical studies. It is composed of Lactobacillus plantarum PBS067, Lactobacillus rhamnosus LRH020, Bifidobacterium lactis BL050. We have added additional probiotic strains for comprehensive action: Lactobacillus crispatus, a strain known for its essential role in maintaining feminine intimate well-being, and Lactobacillus acidophilus, a bacterium naturally present in the vaginal microbiota, where it plays a key role.
Promoting intimate hydration: thanks to ExceptionHYAL® Blossom hyaluronic acid, a "full spectrum" hyaluronic acid, i.e. with a wide range of molecular weights, specifically developed to promote hydration of the vaginal mucosa.
Mucosal well-being: we have added naturally sourced vitamin B2 to this synergy, which is known to help maintain normal mucous membranes.
When should you take the Intimate Comfort dietary supplement?
During periods of intimate imbalance and discomfort. SynbÆctive® Femme has a beneficial effect on rebalancing the vaginal flora, and studies have shown a positive impact on the recurrence of certain discomforts.
During menopause or after menopause: 15% of premenopausal women and 40 to 57% of postmenopausal women experience symptoms of vaginal atrophy. We have chosen ingredients that have been clinically tested specifically for this stage of life. ExceptionHYAL® Blossom hyaluronic acid showed a significant improvement in symptoms and intimate well-being after 8 weeks of taking 200mg per day, and taking the active ingredient SynbÆctive® Femme also improved intimate well-being after 28 days of use.
After taking antibiotics, a period when imbalances in the intimate flora can occur.
As a preventive measure at times when intimate discomfort may occur: hormonal changes, menstruation, travel, swimming in pools or the sea, etc.
This dietary supplement combines two active ingredients, ExceptionHYAL® Blossom and SynbÆctive® Femme, which have been clinically studied and shown to improve vaginal discomfort after 8 weeks of taking 200 mg per day of ExceptionHYAL® Blossom and 28 days of taking 3 billion CFU of SynbÆctive® Femme.
A double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical study conducted in 30 women aged 45 to 65 showed a 21% reduction in all symptoms of vaginal discomfort (improvement in elasticity, pH, secretions, and mucosal integrity) in menopausal women suffering from vaginal discomfort after 8 weeks of taking 200 mg/day of ExceptionHYAL® Blossom hyaluronic acid (Bertozzi E et al). The effects persisted for 8 weeks after discontinuation.

This ingredient has been the subject of several preclinical and clinical studies proving its effectiveness:
A preclinical study using in vitro tests showed that the selected strains were the most effective in combating certain pathogens that cause vaginal discomfort.
An initial randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical study involving 40 women of childbearing age over a period of 14 days demonstrated that probiotics administered orally effectively colonised the vagina. Analysis of the microbiota of the women who participated in this study showed a significant increase in the populations of Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium in women who took SynbÆctive® Femme compared to the placebo group.
A second double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical study conducted on 75 women of childbearing age, with intake for 14 consecutive days, followed by one week per month after menstruation for 4 months, showed a 16% reduction in the recurrence of intimate discomfort in women who took SynbÆctive® Femme compared to 40% in women who did not take probiotic supplements (F. Murina et al.).
The latest clinical study, conducted on 50 menopausal women over 28 days, showed a significant improvement in vaginal comfort in women going through menopause, a period during which imbalances in the vaginal microbiota are common. Parameters such as pH, hydration, vaginal elasticity, and microbiota composition were analysed and showed significant improvements.

Capsules of plant origin
The capsules are made out of 100% HPMC, which does not contain colouring agents or gelatine. Derived from plant cellulose, HPMC (hypromellose or hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), this allows our dietary supplement capsules to be certified organic. This type of capsule protects the active ingredients from air and humidity exposure, guaranteeing the long-term stability of our dietary supplements. Pure and free from controversial additives, these capsules have been used for a long time and are proven to be safe.

The clinically studied ingredients have been shown to be effective after two months of use, and the effects persist after discontinuation. We therefore recommend a two-month course of treatment, with a few weeks' break before repeating the treatment.
It is generally recommended to take probiotics at least 30 minutes before a meal to optimise their survival and therefore their effectiveness. Ideally, they should be taken in the morning on an empty stomach, for example when you get up, shortly before breakfast. However, as we have chosen gastro-resistant capsules for this dietary supplement, the strains are protected and this recommendation is less necessary.
