Peppermint essential oil helps digestion.

Dilute 1 drop per dose on a neutral tablet or in a teaspoon of honey, to be taken up to 4 times a day. Do not exceed 4 drops a day (i.e. 150 mg). Do not swallow undiluted.

Organic Ginger Essential Oil

Ginger essential oil helps the intestines to function properly.

Precautions for use and proper use of essential oils :

Read before use

• Use essential oils with moderation and caution. Essential oils are very powerful.

• Essential oils must not be applied to the eyes, around the eye contour area, to mucous membranes or in the ears. In the event of contact, apply a carrier oil, then rinse thoroughly with water. Get medical advice.

• Always keep essential oils out of the reach and sight of children. For their safety, never remove the capsule from essential oil bottles.

• Some oils may be particularly irritating or sensitising. All essential oils should be diluted in a carrier oil and applied to the skin. We recommend that you always carry out a skin tolerance test of the blend in the crease of the elbow for at least 48 hours before using on the skin. If you observe any reaction (redness, itching, spots…), do not use the product.

• As a general rule, we advise against the use of essential oils by pregnant or breast-feeding women, people with epilepsy, hypersensitive people or people with hormone-dependent cancer, and more generally those with health problems. Unless advised by a doctor, do not use essential oils on babies or children under the age of 3. For children over 3, use under medical supervision.

• If you have respiratory allergies or asthma, avoid inhaling essential oils directly.

• Do not combine essential oils with medicinal treatments without medical advice/attention.

• Consult a doctor for any therapeutic indication or oral treatment, or if you have any doubts or questions.

• In the event of accidental ingestion of pure essential oil, rinse out the mouth with a carrier oil suitable for food use. If possible, it is advisable to swallow 1 or 2 spoonfuls of edible carrier oil to dilute the essential oil. Contact a poison control centre immediately and seek medical advice. Do not induce vomiting.
