The benefits of watermelon and lime granita with guarana

Guarana is naturally rich in caffeine, which helps improve alertness and reduce feelings of tiredness when consumed in appropriate amounts. It also contains catechins, plant compounds with antioxidant properties. Watermelon is a natural source of lycopene, a carotenoid that helps protect cells against oxidative stress, as well as citrulline, an amino acid naturally found in the fruit. Thanks to the natural sweetness of watermelon, this recipe requires no added sugar.
