Hair loss is often the result of several factors: slowed growth, weakened hair follicles or insufficient nutritional intake.

Endorsed by our experts, our anti-hair loss routine works from the outside with our hair care products and from the inside with our dietary supplement, targeting both the scalp and the hair shaft to promote stronger, thicker hair.

“To effectively slow down hair loss and stimulate regrowth, the secret lies in massaging the scalp using small circular movements, once or twice a week (1)(2). The combination of castor oil (3), with its fortifying properties, and macadamia oil, known for stimulating microcirculation, creates an ideal nourishing base. By adding the essential oils of cineole-rich rosemary (4)(5), Atlas cedar (6)(7) and ylang-ylang (8), we achieve an optimal synergy that soothes the scalp whilst mitigating the harmful effects of stress, revealing visibly thicker and more vigorous hair.”

A word from the experts

“The hair follicle is one of the body’s fastest-renewing structures, which makes it particularly vulnerable to nutritional, hormonal and environmental imbalances. When it becomes fragile, the hair thins, the hair growth cycle shortens and hair loss gradually sets in. What I’ve observed in consultations is that focusing on just one aspect isn’t enough. This routine is designed to address every level: Maca Vital strengthens the hair bulb’s anchorage and resilience. The Peptides & Pea Extract serum prolongs the growth phase and rebalances the hair cycle at the scalp. The Hair Complex provides from within what topical treatments cannot reach. Beaulixir®, zinc and biotin support keratin synthesis and follicular vitality from the inside. Topical and nutritional, external and internal – it is this complementary approach that makes the treatment effective in the long term."

Did you know that hair isn’t a priority for our bodies?

“When nutrient intake is insufficient, the body prioritises these nutrients for the functioning of essential organs, such as the brain, heart or muscles. Hair follicles, which are highly metabolically active, may therefore be less well nourished. Hair becomes more brittle, its growth slows down and hair loss may increase. To support hair growth, ensure you meet your protein requirements – which are essential for keratin production – as well as your iron and zinc requirements, two minerals vital for the proper functioning of the hair follicle. If you follow a plant-based diet, remember to combine plant-based sources of iron with foods rich in vitamin C to improve its absorption. In the event of significant or persistent hair loss, particularly if accompanied by unusual tiredness, it is recommended that you speak to a healthcare professional to assess whether a blood test is necessary.”
