Respiratory balm

Good morning, I would like to make homemade balm, but in all the recipes I find essential oils that are not recommended for people with asthma... Do you have any substitute oils to recommend to me in case of asthma? Thanks in advance

Usage Hello Marisa V. I would say yes without hesitation. I have been using essential oils on my daughter since she was 6 months old (she just turned 3 years old). Sparingly of course and checking that the essential oil is compatible. You should use the equivalent of a small amount, no more.

Extra I use this balm on my 3 and 6 year old daughters as soon as the first symptoms of a cold appear, they love it and so do I. Plus it's super easy to make. My friends have already ordered it from me.

Precautions to take Be careful with your clothes, I just discolored a brand new T-shirt that I put on after applying the balm!
