Material
18/8 food-grade stainless steel: Stainless steel, an alloy of iron, chromium (10%), and nickel (8%), is a food-grade material with two key qualities: mechanical strength and corrosion resistance. It is also a so-called "inert" material, meaning that it does not react chemically with the contents.

Instructions for use
Mix your ingredients directly in your bowl, then stir using a mini whisk or an Aroma-Zone spatula. Once you have finished mixing, use the pouring spout to transfer the mixture from the bowl to the container of your choice, "scraping" the edges of the bowl with the spatula to avoid waste.
This stainless steel bowl must not be used in a microwave oven, nor cleaned in a dishwasher.
Cleaning
Before first use, soak the bowl in hot soapy water for 20-30 minutes. This will remove any traces of stainless steel dust left over from the polishing process.
After each use, the bowl can be cleaned with hot soapy water by rubbing the inside and outside walls with a damp sponge.
Disinfection
Thermal disinfection:
Immerse the bowl in boiling water for five minutes.
Dry thoroughly with a clean, dry cloth.
OR
Chemical disinfection:
Rinse the bowl, which has been thoroughly cleaned beforehand, with 60° or 70° alcohol.
Leave to dry in the open air.
