18/8 food-grade stainless steel:

• The stainless steel used in this mini-whisk is an alloy of iron, chromium (10%) and nickel (8%). It is a food-grade material with two key qualities: mechanical strength and resistance to corrosion. It is also an "inert" material, meaning that it does not react chemically with the contents. It can be recycled "ad infinitum".

• It is easy to sort and separate. Once recycled, it retains all its characteristics and qualities. Stainless steel therefore contributes to "sustainable development".

Cleaning

• The stainless steel mini whisk can be cleaned in hot soapy water by rubbing with a sponge. Rinse with clean water. You can also use our mini brush to clean the blades.

• It's also dishwasher-safe.
