PREBIOTICS: this complex of two prebiotics, alpha-glucan oligosaccharides and inulin, balances the skin's microbiota, restores, strengthens and protects the skin's natural barrier function and stimulates the skin's defences. Prebiotics increase the presence of Staphylococcus epidermidis bacteria, which help defend the skin against 'bad micro-organisms', modulating the skin's defence system and helping to repair it. BARLEY POLYPEPTIDE: this powerful upcycled active ingredient is extracted from barley. Rich in proteins, polysaccharides and polypeptides, it rapidly reduces and soothes redness and irritation.
