Organic Gentle Donkey Milk Soap - Cold-Process

Organic Donkey Milk : Along with mare's lotion, donkey's lotion is the closest to human breast lotion. Very well tolerated by all skin types, it is rich in nutrients such as vitamins A, B1, B2, B6, C, D and E, minerals and trace elements (calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, iron, zinc, etc.), polyunsaturated fatty acids (omega 3 and omega 6), proteins and amino acids, making it an exceptional cosmetic treatment with moisturising, nourishing and regenerating properties. Used for beauty care since ancient times (Cleopatra, Poppaea, Messalina, etc. already knew of its virtues), it is recommended for the care of problem skin (eczema, psoriasis, acne), as well as dry, sensitive and reactive skin.

Organic Olive Oil : Rich in nourishing and softening oleic acid and natural antioxidants (vitamin E, phytosterols, squalene, phenolic compounds), this oil is highly prized in soap-making, producing very mild soaps that are well tolerated by sensitive skin.

Organic Shea Butter : Very rich in unsaponifiable matter, this butter is ideal for soaps. These unsaponified compounds enrich the soap with their nourishing, emollient and antioxidant properties. Shea butter gives soaps a rich, creamy feel.

Organic Copra oil : A rich , nourishing oil, Coprah oil is very interesting in saponification because it gives soap very good lathering properties thanks to its high lauric acid content.

Organic avocado Oil : Rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids (vitamin F) and unsaponifiable matter (phytosterols, carotenoids, tocopherols), this oil is known for its regenerating, nourishing and softening properties, much appreciated by sensitive or dry skin. Only 3% organic avocado oil is added at the end of the saponification process, to preserve all its qualities.

Organic Calendula macerated oil : Known for its soothing, anti-inflammatory and healing properties , due in particular to its high content of triterpene esters, Calendula is an ideal ingredient for treating irritated or sensitive skin. Produced in the South of France by macerating organic Calendula flowers in organic Sunflower oil, this macerate is added to the soap paste at a rate of 2.5% at the end of the saponification process, to get the maximum benefit from its properties.
