It contains a simple and practical reminder of the properties of each essential oil, their uses as well as the advice from our aromatherapy expert.

• Always read the precautions for use specific to the essential oils used.

• Keep essential oils out of the reach of children or pets.

When using essential oils for diffusion:

• Babies: Do not diffuse essential oils in your baby's room.

• Use cold diffusion instead, using a mister or an electric diffuser, and avoid using perfume burners. There is a risk that the heat will break down the essential oils.

• Do not diffuse essential oils in a bedroom while you are sleeping. Diffuse essential oils in the bedroom no later than 30 minutes before bedtime.

• Diffuse essential oils for no more than 20 minutes at a time if you are using an electric diffuser.

• Always ensure that your rooms are well-ventilated every day. Do not diffuse in confined, unventilated spaces.

• Do not breathe in essential oils above the diffuser.

• Avoid diffusing essential oils too close to varnished or painted surfaces, as they may damage them.

• Store your bottles of essential oils in a cool, dry place away from light to preserve all their properties.
