Our rose quartz massage mushroom, also known as a gua sha mushroom, can be used as part of a truly soothing and regenerating daily ritual to maintain the radiance and youthfulness of your skin. Its gentle, rounded shape perfectly moulds to the contours of the face and the rose quartz stone cares for all skin types. It's easy to use after applying your day and night treatments (oils, serums, and creams) to the face, neck and eye contour area.

The rose quartz mushroom is best used with skincare products for 1 to 3 minutes and 2 to 3 times a week, or daily for greater effects, if you can.

A little tip from us: put your mushroom in the fridge for 15 minutes before use for a more effective massage thanks to the stone's cooling properties.

Directions for use

• Apply your skincare product (Caffeine 5% & Helichrysum Eye Contour Serum or Facial oils) to the areas to be massaged.

• Around the eyes: gently move the mushroom from the inside of your eye outwards.

• Forehead: move from the centre of your forehead outwards (towards your scalp).

• Cheeks: massage from your inner cheeks towards your ears.

• Sides of the face: move from the chin to the ear and then, without releasing any pressure, down to the base of the neck.

• Neck and nape: massage smoothly from bottom to top.

You can also use the mushroom to massage various parts of your body, making upward strokes and moving from the centre outwards.

Cleaning and maintenance

Clean your mushroom with a cotton cloth soaked in warm, soapy water.
