• This macerated oil tends to solidify at temperatures below 15°C. This phenomenon has no effect on its quality. We advise you to warm it up if necessary before use.

• Use it mixed with your oil blend for daily application to the face, neck and neckline, as a day or night cream, or to make up a skincare oil or aftersun oil.

• As an oil phase in body and face creams.

Synergies

To enhance its heavenly scent: Ylang-Ylang essential oil or Gardenia of the Incas macerated oil.

In practice Hair care

• This macerate tends to solidify at temperatures below 15°C. This phenomenon has no effect on its quality. We advise you to warm it up if necessary before use.

• Incorporate the macerate into an oil blend and apply to the hair, concentrating on the ends. Massage into the hair and wrap in a warm towel. Leave in overnight if possible, then shampoo.

• Can be used as the fatty phase in hair care products.

Synergies

For dry hair care: combine it with Sapote, Coconut, Baobab, Yangu or Shea Olein carrier oils, or Shea, Murumuru and Mango butters.

Presentation

The 10 ml version is packaged in a small PP airtight jar. The 100 ml and 250 ml sizes are packaged in orange recycled PET bottles (in summer) or PP jars (in winter), depending on the season. Depending on the stock remaining on the different capacities, it is impossible to guarantee that you will receive a bottle or jar for a given order of 100 ml or 250 ml.

Organoleptic properties

• Appearance: clear, oily liquid, solidifies at around 20°C (run the bottle under warm water to restore fluidity) As Monoï macerated oil is made from coconut oil, it is naturally solid at around 20°C. To restore fluidity, place the bottle in a hot water bath at around 50°C for a short time (not a bain-marie, which can deform the bottle).

• Colour: off-white

• Smell: characteristic of Tiaré flowers: a real island delight!

• Touch: fairly dry
