Calming, has soothing effects on redness and irritation.
Highly emollient, it reduces water loss and protects the skin from dehydration.
Rapidly absorbed without leaving a greasy film, this 'dry' oil is very popular for massages.

Hemp has been used for centuries, mainly for its therapeutic and anaesthetic properties. In Europe, hemp was used until the early twentieth century to treat plague, rheumatism, joint pain and certain mental illnesses.
In 1941, Cannabis sativa was withdrawn from the official French pharmacopoeia because of its misuse as a narcotic. It was not until 1990 that the cultivation of hemp without psychotropic active ingredients was once again authorised in France, and the sale of its precious oil became widespread.
Hemp oil is a carrier oil that is as original as it isexceptional. Thanks to its omega-3 and 6 content, its composition is similar to that of skin lipids and it is one of the richest carrier oils in essential fatty acids. Moisturising*, regenerating and revitalising, it is the oil of choice for dry, mature, irritated, tired and dehydrated skin. It is also used in hair care products, where it adds shine and strength to the hair fibre. The seeds used come from selected varieties of hemp and contain no psychotropic substances.

4 stars because I started getting a few pimples on my neck, which is unusual for me. I've been using both hemp seed oil and sea buckthorn oil on my face and neck, so I still don't know which one may be causing it. At the same time, my face has stayed very clear, even though my skin can usually break out during stress. For the hemp seed oil, I would also prefer a nozzle or dropper, since the bottle opening is quite large and it's easy to pour out too much product.
Be careful with its use, this vegetable oil is very circulatory and unfortunately tends to stain.
I bought it to make my own beard oil
