Step 1

Prepare a paste by mixing all the ingredients.

Step 2

Leave to swell for a few minutes, then apply evenly to a damp face, avoiding the eye area.

Step 3

Massage into the skin in circles and rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.

Mix them in a bowl and add to your bath water.

• As a steam treatment: boil a cup of water, transfer it to an inhaler and pour in 1 tablespoon of Douglas fir hydrosol. Inhale.

To make 1 litre of hydrosol, you need 1 kilo of needle branches, known as the 1:1 ratio. This minimum extraction ratio, which is something we strictly follow at Aroma-Zone, guarantees an intense fragrance, better conservation and, above all, a high concentration of aromatic molecules in the hydrosol, a proof of its quality.

Hydrosols are sensitive to pollution. As our Aroma-Zone hydrosols are fresh, pure products with no preservatives, we strongly recommend that you store them in the refrigerator and use them within 6 months of opening. When using them, make sure your hands are always clean and that you disinfect all utensils and bottles that come into contact with the hydrosols when preparing your homemade cosmetics. If you notice a change in appearance or smell, stop using the hydrosol.
