A synergy of sleep-inducing plants

Chamomile matricaria

Chamomile, or German chamomile, is a small flower that has been used as a medicinal plant since ancient times. Its flowers infused in hot water help you enjoy a good night's sleep. It gives Chamomile Dreams herbal tea a delicately honeyed, comforting flavour, ideal for the evening!

Lemon balm

A small, highly aromatic leaf, lemon balm is particularly popular in phytotherapy for its soothing effects. Its deliciously lemony flavour adds a touch of freshness to Chamomile Dreams herbal tea. A cup with lemon balm in every evening helps you to get a good night's sleep.

Lime

Silver linden, Tilia tomentosa, is widely used in herbal teas and food supplements around the world. It is said to have numerous soothing and sleep-inducing benefits. It also has a very sweet, comforting, slightly honeyed taste.

Poppy

Iconic thanks to its brilliant red colour, the poppy flower is also renowned for calming the mind and helping you to fall asleep. Although its taste is almost neutral, it adds a pretty burgundy-red hint to the Chamomile Dreams herbal tea blend.

Saffron

A luxurious spice, saffron is harvested from the flowers of Crocus sativus. It is the flower stigmas that are used in cooking, characteristic for their intense orange colour. Sometimes known as red gold because it is so precious, saffron should be used sparingly, as its flavour is extremely powerful. It adds an original and comforting touch to the Chamomile Dreams herbal tea blend.
