Eyelashes last 4-11 months. As with hair, the life cycle of eyelashes consists of four phases:

a) eyelashes, b) hair follicle, c) dermal papilla, d) new eyelash, e) old eyelash

Anagen phase: this lash growth phase lasts 1-2 months. The dermal papilla at the base of the hair follicle enables eyelashes to form and grow.

Catagen phase: this lasts 15 days and is the transition phase, during which the lash bulb detaches from the dermal papilla.

The telogen phase: this is the phase when the eyelash matures and falls out. It lasts 4-9 months. The hair follicle will regenerate and attach itself to the dermal papilla to create a new eyelash.

Make sure your eyelids and lashes are clean, dry and make-up-free. Using the brush, apply the serum to the lash line of your upper eyelids. Do not rinse off. We recommend using this treatment in the evening, but you can also apply it in the morning before your Ricin Care Mascara.

Use Ricin Eyelash Serum once a day for a 4-month treatment course. At the end of the treatment, use the serum twice a week to protect your eyelashes from everyday damage (e.g. make-up removal and pollution). 1 bottle is enough for a 4-month treatment course.

This serum is suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women.

Yes, to strengthen them. Apply the serum to clean and dry eyebrows. Do not rinse off.

Pea shoot extract

This organic pea germ extract is rich in phytonutrients,which to rebalance the life cycle of eyelashes and hair. It helps reactivate the dermal papilla at the base of hair follicles to initiate the growth of new eyelashes and hair.

Biotinoyl Tripeptide-1

This biotin (vitamin B8, also known as vitamin H) is essential for the health and vitality of hair and eyelashes. The GHK peptide strengthens the hair follicle, delaying eyelash loss (the telogen phase), improves the structure and attachment of hair follicles to prevent eyelash loss and makes them stronger and more resistant.

Panthenol

Panthenol or provitamin B5 is an essential vitamin for the health of eyelashes and hair. This well-known active ingredient plays a part in eyelash and hair formation and regeneration.
