Use as an ingredient in the following blends for

• Slimming, toning and firming massages: stomach, arms, thighs

• Post-pregnancy massage oils

• Serums for bumps and bruises

Apply in a circular massage motion to the stomach, thighs and areas to be toned after giving birth.

You can also apply it to the breasts while breastfeeding, as long as you wipe the breast thoroughly before feeding.
