A small leaflet is included with this set to help you use these essential oils on a daily basis.

It contains a simple and practical reminder of the properties of each essential oil, their uses as well as the advice from our aromatherapy expert.

• Always read the precautions for use specific to the essential oils used.

• Do not leave essential oils within the reach of children or pets.

When using essential oils for diffusion:

• Babies: Do not diffuse essential oils in your baby's room.

• Prefer cold diffusion, using a mister or electric diffuser, and avoid using perfume burners. There is a risk that the heat will break down the essential oils.

• Do not diffuse essential oils in a bedroom while you are sleeping. Diffuse essential oils in the bedroom no later than 30 minutes before bedtime.

• Diffuse essential oils for no more than 20 minutes at a time if you are using an electric diffuser.

• Always ensure that your rooms are well ventilated every day. Do not diffuse in confined, unventilated spaces.

• Do not breathe in essential oils above the diffuser.

• Avoid diffusing essential oils too close to varnished or painted surfaces, as they may damage them.

• Store your bottles of essential oils in a cool, dry place away from light to preserve all their properties.

• Dangerous. Observe the precautions for use.

• Danger. Flammable liquid and vapours. May cause skin allergy. Causes skin irritation (risk associated with the product in pure form). Causes serious eye damage. May be fatal if swallowed or if it enters the respiratory tract (if accidentally swallowed, do not induce vomiting). Very toxic to aquatic organisms, causing long-term adverse effects (in the event of massive spillage of the product into a watercourse).
