Used as an ingredient in your preparations to make:

• Lipsticks

• Lip glosses

• Blushes or eyeshadows in stick (balm) form

Can be used to color liquid oily blends, but the colorant will settle at the bottom after a while; shake well to restore the color.

• This colorant disperses poorly in water and emulsions, and the shade may change in the presence of water depending on the pH.

• It is not suitable for water-based products such as lotions, gels, creams, or milks.

Method of production

Anthocyanin pigments from red radishes, extracted with a mixture of water and ethanol (vegetable alcohol) and placed on a modified starch carrier with the addition of citric acid. The high-tech process used to coat this dye produces an anthocyanin-based pigment that is easily dispersible in oil and has optimal light stability (whereas anthocyanins are usually rather insoluble in oil and not very stable in light).
