Floors and surfaces
Floor cleaning: 3 capfuls (or 3 tablespoons) of black soap in 5 L of hot water (optional: add 15 drops of lemon, pine or lemongrass essential oil for fragrance). No need to rinse.
Animals
Shampooing animals: wet the coat thoroughly with warm water. Pour a small amount of black soap directly onto the coat and massage it in, distributing the product evenly as you would with shampoo. Rinse thoroughly with clean, warm water, then dry the animal with a soft towel.
Cleaning cages, aviaries, bowls, dishes, etc.: 3 capfuls (or 3 tablespoons) of black soap in 5 L of hot water. Clean with a sponge, brush, mop, or scrubbing brush depending on the surface. Rinse with clean water.
Cleaning
Cleaning surfaces: cooktops, sinks, washbasins, showers, bathtubs: apply undiluted to a damp sponge or microfibre cloth, then rinse. Wipe with a dry microfibre cloth to avoid water marks.
For large surfaces (kitchen cabinets, etc.): 1 capful (or 1 tablespoon) of black soap in 2 L of hot water.
To clean tools and brushes: use undiluted or diluted in hot water. Rinse.

In the garden: 1 capful (1 tablespoon) in 1 L of water. Spray, avoiding flowering parts.

The ultimate multi-purpose cleaning product, black household soap is traditionally obtained by saponifying olive oil with potash. It comes in either a paste form (soft soap) or a liquid form, which is very practical for everyday use. We have chosen to offer you this concentrated black household soap in liquid form, prepared by saponification in a cauldron in a traditional soap factory in Provence. An effective cleaner and powerful degreaser, this soap is ideal for cleaning floors and all types of washable surfaces.
It is also traditionally used for the maintenance of terracotta, tomettes, and "tadelakt" type coatings, which it cleans, nourishes, waterproofs, and shines. Appreciated for household maintenance, but also in the garage for cleaning tools, brushes, and car bodies, black soap is also a must-have in the garden, whether for cleaning outdoor furniture or caring for plants.
