We offer you an essential oil of Himalayan Cedar, harvested in a unique location and sourced directly from the producer, who has a wealth of expertise in the distillation of essential oils. This oil is one of our exceptional products.
An essential oil from the Himalayas
Himalayan Cedars grow at an altitude of between 1,600 and 2,500 metres in an unspoilt region of India, in the mountains of the western Himalayas.
The stumps left after the trees have been felled for the timber industry are recovered, and the holes thus formed are then used to plant new trees before being filled in again. This maintains the soil and ensures the continued regeneration and preservation of these Himalayan Cedar forests.
An essential oil purchased directly from an Indian producer
This essential oil was produced in India by a family-run company that produces and exports essential oils.
The producer of this essential oil has decades of experience, and advocates the importance of quality in the essential oils he makes. Although found throughout the plant, it is from its wood, most often from stumps and roots, that Himalayan Cedar****essential oil is extracted by steam distillation, 100% pure and natural. An essential oil with powerful decongestant and draining properties and a fine, flowery, woody fragrance.
Its powerful decongestant, lipolytic and draining properties make this essential oil an interesting active ingredient in the fight against cellulite. An antifungal agent, it is also useful in the treatment of skin fungal infections. Used as a vapour, it repels mosquitoes.
In cosmetics, this oil is an astringent and scalp tonic, perfect for treating oily skin and hair, as well as hair loss and dandruff. On an energetic level, Himalayan Cedarwood essential oil, with its very pleasant woody scent, both fine and flowery, and thanks to its calming properties, dispels feelings of sadness and nervous tension.
