Mixed feelings... I don't doubt the product's effectiveness, but it's so complicated to use that it's difficult for me to give a definitive opinion. It's so compact and sticky that it's almost impossible to incorporate it into a recipe. I read that some people microwave it before use, but that makes me cringe. A natural product in the microwave?! In short, I think Aroma Zone should label it "resin" instead of "extract" of Ginseng.
