I cannot use the product because the seller refuses to provide the requested documentation and ignores my emails. The seller claims that the ingredient is 100% natural, yet provides no certificate or evidence to support this claim. Therefore, I believe this is a misleading statement that may deceive consumers.

I love Aromazone products and ingredients. They are of great quality and I have excellent results on my formulas. I use this for my deodorant and it is very effective. However I have one problem with the company which is to acquire technical documents. No matter how many messages I send requesting it, they do not reply. I already use their website form but still no reply.

A very effective ingredient for making my deodorant. It's a shame it's no longer available in stores (Lyon).
