Formulation of aromatherapy blends
This dropper is used to sample and measure out drop by drop aqueous and oily liquid ingredients, as well as your cosmetic blends. It fits perfectly on our 10 and 30 ml amber glass bottles (the pipette does not reach the bottom of the bottle on the 30 ml bottle).
Mounted on an amber glass bottle, this glass pipette with its tapered tip can also be used to dispense your cosmetic blends by the drop, such as a premium serum for the eye area, for example.
Instructions for use
The dropper can be used on its own to sample and measure aqueous and oily liquids. In this case, dip the glass pipette into the sample bottle, press the white rubber bulb and then release the pressure to draw up the liquid. The liquid will flow back into the glass pipette. Next measure the liquid contained in the pipette drop by drop, exerting gentle pressure on the nipple to release the desired amount of liquid. Return the excess to the original bottle.
The dropper can be fitted to our 10 and 30 ml glass bottles. Screw the cap onto the neck of the bottle, turning clockwise to close the bottle. The pipette is used in the same way as described above.
Cleaning
1. When using essential oils and/or absolutes
Prepare a bath of alcohol.
Completely immerse the glass pipette in this bath and press on the rubber bulb, then release the pressure to suck up the alcohol in order to clean the inside of the pipette.
Apply further pressure to the nipple to release the alcohol.
Repeat the pumping operation several times until the pipette is clean.
2. When using carrier oils and/or aqueous liquids
Prepare a warm soapy water bath.
Completely immerse the glass pipette in this bath and press down on the rubber bulb, then release the pressure to suck up the hot soapy water to clean the inside of the pipette.
Apply further pressure to the bulb to release the hot soapy water.
Repeat the pumping operation several times until the pipette is clean.
Disinfection
Rinse the dropper cap completely in alcohol.
Repeat the pump cleaning procedure described above using an alcohol bath to disinfect the inside and outside of the glass pipette.
Leave to air dry.

Material
Soda-lime and HDPE glass:
Soda-lime glass is the most common type of glass, made from silica, calcium and sodium. Used to make bottles and flasks, it accounts for around 90% of the world's glass production.
HDPE (high-density polyethylene) has the advantage of being very resistant chemically and mechanically. Its production requires very little energy and produces virtually no harmful substances. This material is characterised by its softness and flexibility. This material contains no bisphenol or phthalates.

Supplier information
It is stated that the pipette is compatible with 10ml bottles, but this is not the case! I used it with a 10ml bottle and the tip of the pipette broke! I had to throw it away and I'm stuck with the other 2 I had ordered!
Very practical for 10ml bottles as essential oils are always extremely difficult to get out of the dropper when there's not much left, even when cutting the dropper. You need a lot of patience! The droppers for viscous oils are not very effective
fits perfectly on essential oil bottles that sometimes have trouble flowing...
Only suitable for 10 ml bottles. Too small for 10 ml ones
