DIN18 Dropper Bottle - 100ml

This sturdy, durable amber glass bottle is ideal for storing liquid cosmetic blends, synergies of essential and carrier oils, or cosmetic active ingredients. The dropper cap, with a dropper insert suitable for medium-viscosity oils, allows you to measure your product drop by drop.

The amber glass protects essential oils and other synergies from light, helping to preserve their properties while providing an attractive, professional appearance.

Instructions for use

To fill the bottle easily and neatly, we recommend using the small funnel or one of our transfer pipettes.

• Pour the cosmetic preparation into the bottle, using the funnel or transfer pipette if you wish.

• Close the bottle completely by screwing the dropper cap clockwise onto the neck of the bottle. The insert is then fixed to the bottle and the tamper-evident ring locked.

• To use your product, unscrew the cap by turning it counter-clockwise. The tamper-evident ring will give way and remain on the neck of the bottle. The insert remains clipped onto the bottle.

• Turn the bottle upside down to dispense the product drop by drop.

• Close the bottle by screwing the dropper cap clockwise.

Cleaning

• The bottle, insert and cap can be easily cleaned in hot soapy water using our cleaning brushes.

• To complete the cleaning of the insert, fill the bottle with hot soapy water, clip on the insert, and run the hot soapy water through the insert head down to clean the inside.

• Rinse all parts with clean water.

Disinfection

"Thermal" disinfection:

• Immerse the glass bottle in boiling water for five minutes.

• Dry thoroughly with a clean, dry cloth.

OR

"Chemical" disinfection:

• Rinse the bottle, insert (same procedure as for cleaning) and cap with alcohol.

• Air dry.

Material

Amber glass bottle, PP insert and dropper cap:

• Amber glass is essentially composed of sand, limestone, soda ash and, in smaller quantities, alumina-based materials, cullet (broken glass), and secondary components such as iron oxides and sulphur, which determine the colour of the glass (amber in this case).

• PP (polypropylene) is a recycled material with good resistance to temperature and bending, while also being very stiff and lightweight. This material contains no bisphenol or phthalates.
