Anti-cellulite routine — 3 steps
Why we love it
The products in this routine, approved by our dermatologist, work together to:
Stimulate lymphatic circulation and refine the skin’s texture.
Moisturise and firm the skin on a daily basis.
Care for skin with an ‘orange peel’ appearance.
Step 1 – ACTIVATE microcirculation: Wooden lymphatic drainage brush
Before showering, on completely dry skin, brush for 5 to 10 minutes. Always start from the extremities and work your way up towards the centre: from the feet to the thighs, and from the hands towards the shoulders. Draw small circles around the navel in a clockwise direction. Finish with a cool or lukewarm shower to help stimulate circulation.
Step 2 – PREPARE the skin: Organic sugar body scrub (1–2 times a week)
On slightly damp skin, apply a small amount of scrub to the affected areas and massage gently in circular motions. Rinse off with lukewarm water.
Step 3 – TARGETING cellulite: Organic Concentrated Body Care for Contour & Silhouette
In the morning and/or evening after showering, apply the treatment to the targeted areas (thighs, hips, buttocks, tummy). Massage in circular and then upward movements until fully absorbed.

Frequently Asked Questions
Taking part in physical activity can indirectly help improve the appearance of cellulite by improving muscle tone and circulation. The best activities are ones that combine cardiovascular exercise with muscle strengthening.
Brisk walking and cycling promote blood and lymphatic circulation while effectively working the legs and glutes. Water sports, such as swimming, aqua aerobics or aquabike, are also recommended thanks to the massaging effect of the water. Finally, strength-training exercises such as squats or lunges help to tone the muscles and improve the shape of the figure. For best results, it is advisable to alternate between several types of activity.
Good blood and lymphatic circulation helps maintain healthy tissue. When circulation is less effective, cellular exchange slows down, which can lead to water retention and make the ‘orange peel’ appearance more noticeable.
To promote optimal circulation, it is recommended that you stay active every day, limit prolonged periods of sitting or standing, and stimulate the tissue with regular massages.
A high intake of fast-acting sugars can contribute to metabolic imbalances associated with weight gain. After a meal high in sugars, insulin production increases to regulate blood sugar levels. This hormone promotes fat storage, particularly in adipose tissue.
Repeated fluctuations in blood sugar levels can also contribute to certain inflammatory processes and affect tissue quality.
To minimise these effects, it is best to prioritise foods with a low glycaemic index and reduce your intake of refined sugars.
In addition, the Glucose Control – 60 capsules – Dietary supplement combines Ceylon cinnamon extract, which helps maintain normal blood glucose levels, and Reducose® white mulberry, which has been clinically proven to be effective in regulating postprandial (after-meal) blood glucose levels.
Lymphatic drainage aims to promote the circulation of lymph, a fluid involved in the transport of waste and the regulation of the body’s fluids. When this circulation is slowed down, water retention can increase, exacerbating the appearance of cellulite.
Drainage techniques can help to stimulate this circulation and make your legs feel lighter.
When performed by a professional, manual lymphatic drainage can be complemented by home dry brushing, a simple practice that helps to stimulate the tissues on a daily basis.
Cellulite mainly develops on the thighs, buttocks and hips – areas where the structure of the connective tissue encourages fat cells to rise towards the skin’s surface.
In women, hormones – particularly oestrogen – also play a role in this distribution by promoting fat storage in the pelvic area and lower limbs. This is why cellulite can affect all body types, including slim people.
